Packages typically arrive within 7-14 days from the date we receive the order.
Items are shipped directly from France by Colissimo or from Switzerland by A mail or by PostPack according to the item you ordered. IMPORTANT - If a package is returned to France because the buyer did not claim the package, marlich.com does not send replacements.
marlich.com is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. marlich.com has no control over this.
Buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and marlich.com has no way of knowing what these charges may be.
“Duty free” does not apply to online sales.

Orders are shipped within 2 or 3 days. If you live in Lausanne you can be delivered in your mail box directly.

Follow your order
Once you receive your order confirmation, you will receive an email with the shipment confirmation with the link to track your order.
Order dammaged
If you receive your order with any damages please takes pictures and contact info@marlich.com within the 7 days from the date you received your package.
Order not received
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders with invalid addresses may be returned to us and may delay delivery.
If your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at info@marlich.com right away.
If an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Change or cancel an order
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. You can request to cancel your order to Customer Service so you can place a new order with the changes you need. Please be sure to include your order number in your request.
